I've been working with clients online for 15 years now, and I've seen how helpful it can be for many people. Online therapy makes it easier to get the support you need without having to worry about getting to the clinic.

This works really well if you move around a lot for work or personal reasons. Instead of finding a new therapist each time you relocate, we can continue our sessions without interruption. If you travel frequently or work from home, online sessions fit naturally into your schedule without adding extra travel time.

For online therapy to work well, you'll need a private space where you won't be overheard or interrupted. It helps to have a comfortable place to sit and a reliable internet connection. When these basics are in place, we can create a meaningful therapeutic relationship even though we're connecting through screens.

The technology might be different from in-person sessions, but the support and care are just as real. My focus is always on creating a space where you feel heard and understood, regardless of where either of us is physically located.

I see clients in a lovely clinic in Prague 6, providing a calm and safe surrounding for therapeutic work.

I offer therapy for adults facing a wide range of challenges. Having worked with many expats and international clients, I understand the unique difficulties that come with immigration and relocation, cross-cultural relationships, and living in a foreign language environment.

My practice also supports those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, stress, conflict, trauma, and addiction. 

Additionally, I provide supportive therapy for individuals coping with mental illness and for family members, who often face their own challenges as a result.

My approach is tailored to each person's specific needs and circumstances. Together we find the right therapeutic path to allow growing inner freedom, deeper self understanding and better well being.
